Q:What's the minimum order quantity to customize?
A : Any quantity is acceptable, however, higher quantity, better prices. We suggest to start with 2pcs per design by digital printing and 5,000pcs per design by gravure printing. -

Q : What if I don' t have a printing design?
A : Our graphics team provides free design service if you agreed on our quotation and place the order. -
Q : What' s the general lead time for one order?
A : For digital printing orders, we can ship out the goods within 7-15 days. For gravure printing orders within 100,000pcs, we can ship out the goods within 15-20 days, few days extra for higher quantity. -
Q: How long will I expect to receive the goods?
A : It depends on what kind of courier service you choose, generally, the higher the cost, the faster the service. -
